ABOUT JAMIE, YOUR HOST
Jamie is seasoned yoga teacher and life coach. She has been teaching yoga since 2009 and leading retreats since 2014. She is a double certified transformation and embodiment coach. Jamie is a trauma informed teacher and coach and her mixture of modalites is unlike any other that you will experience. She combines yoga, somatics, meditation, Inner Child/Parts work and Nervous system regulation practices in her coaching and teaching. Jamie’s specific approach leaves you with clarity in both the body and mind and renewed sense of Self. Her classes are a mix of dharma, alignment and flow. You can expect a thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa flow designed to challenge the body and the mind. Jamie’s mission is to empower women to return to their wholeness. In the words of her teacher Pema Chödrön, “you already have everything you need”. Her goal is to give women the tools to stay in alignment with their purpose and values by discovering, integrating and honoring the different aspects of who they are.
